IMAM Honors Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp) and Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (p)

On Saturday, Nov. 23, IMAM organized an event for women and children to celebrate the birth anniversaries of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp) and Imam Jafar al-Sadiq in Dearborn, MI. The program began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from Dr. Najat Fradi. In her speech, Dr. Fradi talked about the importance of following the teachings and footsteps of the Holy Prophet (pbuh&hp), especially when it comes to our behavior and moral values.

After her speech, a group of community members recited several poems and Anasheed that paid tribute to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh & hp) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (p). The event also included a special program for children ages 4-10.
