Birth Anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp) & Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (p), 1442 A.H.

Tuesday, November 3rd, marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp) and Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (p), 17th of Rabi al-Awwal, 1442 A.H.

It was narrated that the Holy Prophet (pbuh&hp) said: “There will come a time where my people [ummah] will not recognize scholars with [anything] other than their nice clothing, and will not recognize the Quran, with [anything] other than [its recitation] in a nice voice, and worship God only in the month of Ramadan. When this occurs, God will set over them a ruler without knowledge, forbearance, or mercy.”

 روي عن النبي (ص): سيأتي زمان على أمتي لا يعرفون العلماء إلا بثوب حسن ولا يعرفون القرآن إلا بصوت حسن، ولا يعبدون الله إلا في شهر رمضان، فإذا كان كذلك سلط الله عليهم سلطانا لا علم له ولا حلم له ولا رحم له
