IMAM Hosts the Ahl-al-Bayt Poetry Festival

IMAM hosted its first-ever poetry event called, Ahl al-Bayt (p) Poetry Festival, on 7th Shaban in Dearborn, MI. The event began with a recitation from the Holy Quran by Haj Mohamad Ayad, followed by opening remarks from Shaykh al-Halabi, which were presented in a form of a poem.

Several poets, such as Dr. Abed Elah Saegh, Father Bolos Elyas Mosa, Sheikh Hisham Hussein, Abo Ahmad Shmysawi, Ebaa Ismaeel, Jaber Shakergy, Yasir Saad, Bahaa Deen Khaqani, took part in the event. The poets paid tribute to the Ahl al-Bayt (p) and acknowledged their immense contributions to humanity.
