My khums date is 1st Muharram and I will receive my salary arrears in the middle of Moharram month? What is the ruling of khums for these arrears?
The pay that you are entitled to until the first of Muharram will be subject to Khums, anything after would be part of the new Khums year.

Is sexual engagement with wife forbidden/makrooh during Moharram?
Sexual engagement with a wife is not forbidden, however on the tenth of Muharram since it is a day of grieving, one should try to avoid any act of pleasure and instead make it a day of grief.

I know that the discharge released by women is Tahir if not due to sexual pleasures. However, sometimes, the discharge comes out while urinating. After washing myself with water, I still see some discharge. Is the discharge najis as it can mix with the urine?
As long as you wash after urinating, the discharge thereafter is considered pure.

Prior to knowing the rule of having to wash clothing and skin twice if they have contact with urine, I washed an underwear that was najis from urine in the washer. Did this make any other clothes that were in the washer with it najis? The washer rinses once with detergent water, and then again with absolute water.
The clothes must be washed again because the underwear which was impure with urine requires two separate washes with absolute water.

Is there any reliable source of tradition which says that Imam Hussain a.s expressed his desire to shift to Hind (present India/Hindustan) as an alternative to spillage of blood?
I do not know if we have an authentic narration that Imam al-Hussain (p) expressed his interest in traveling to India when he was besieged in Karbala

Suppose parents by force ask a girl or boy to divorce his/her spouse. What does sharia say about this? Will parents be a sinner? Will it be a legit divorce or not?
If the person is compelled by force to conduct a divorce the divorce will be invalid, but if he intends the divorce not because he desires to do it but to please his parents it will be valid, but his parents should not ask him to divorce his wife if there is nothing wrong with their marriage.

Would you please tell me, is it okay to send blessings and ask for intercession from Prophet Isa (a.s), and his mother Lady Maryam? Or should we focus our requests for aid and for intercession from the Ahul Bayt and the Rasuoallah (pbut)?
It is permissible to send blessings and ask for intercession from all divinely chosen and purified individuals such as Prophets, Imams, and purified women like Lady Fatima and Lady Mariam, peace be upon them all.
1) Is it permissible to do tawassul and istighaatha to the Angels and ask them for help as long as one believes that it is only Allah that is the real source of help and that all help from angels can only be with the permission of Allah?
2) Is it permissible for a Muslim to join a Freemasonry Order as long as the beliefs of that order, do not contradict Islamic beliefs and they are not harmful to the affairs of the Muslims? Freemasonry is very misunderstood in the Muslim world and our scholars believe the lies spread by the Catholic Church about Freemasonry.
1) Yes, it is permissible as long as one believes they are fully dependent on Almighty Allah and only do this with His permission.
2) We do not have enough information on the organization mentioned in the question hence one should avoid it as a precautionary measure.
I know it is prohibited to fast on the Day of Ashura. However, is it permitted to fast in the first 9 days of Muharram?
It is permissible to fast any day except for the two Eids (Fitr and Adha), however, it is detestable to fast on the day of Ashura, instead, a person can abstain from eating and drinking until a couple of hours afternoon, then breaks their fast.

I had made the mistake in college some time ago of cheating on one of my exams and I have repented from my mistake.
1) Would it be recommended for me to retake that class that I had cheated in?
2) Would any money that I earn that is perhaps somehow related to me getting an "A" in that course be considered haram/illegitimate money?
3) Would any benefit that I may perhaps gain from getting an "A" in that course be a sin upon me if I do not retake the course?
It is enough to sincerely repent, and you do not have to repeat the course, nor will there be a problem with the earnings related to the course.
