If a child's urine gets on the floor and that area is dried with paper towels. I intended to wash it 3 times with water, but I forgot. I later stepped on the dried area that was not washed. Is my wudu still valid?

I have a large amount of sehme imam/sehme sadaat and have not found people to pay this entire amount in one transaction, due to which, the amount remains in bank account and earns interest. What is the ruling on this interest amount?
It is not permissible to delay the disbursement of Khums without permission from the Jurist or his authorized representative. As for the interest, consult the representative of the jurist (marja) in your locality.

When one invests in an exchange-traded fund (ETF), the money goes to a manager, who then invests it in specific companies as he deems necessary. These may be halal investments or haram ones. In this way, it is like paying taxes: The government may use your money for halal purposes, like emergency medical services, or for haram purposes, like unjust wars. Is it, then, permissible to invest in an ETF which holds both halal and haram assets, given that one does not know whether the fund manager will use his money in particular for haram investments?
Companies that are not fully based on unlawful transactions, rather some of their transactions are lawful and others are unlawful, such as Costco or Target where most of their transactions are lawful except for a small portion that deals with alcohol and pork, then it is permissible to invest with such companies, however the following must be noted:
1) If it is possible to stipulate in the investment agreement that the money is not to be used in the unlawful portion of the investment such as alcohol, then one must stipulate this condition, and money received as profit is permissible.
2) If it is not possible to stipulate the aforementioned condition, then there are two cases:
a- if the percentage of the unlawful portion can be identified, one must separate it and refer in its disposal to the jurist (marja’).
b- if the percentage of the unlawful portion cannot be identified, then one must estimate it to a number that is close enough to the actual, and then settle it with the jurist (marja’).
Settling the amount with the jurist (majra’) means that the jurist may require giving the amount as charity to the poor, or disposing it on a matter that he specifies, or requesting handing it over to him.

1. It is permissible to take interest from a bank owned by Muslims?
2. How about non-Muslim banks (like here in India) where the customer base is a mix of both Muslims and non-Muslims - Is it permissible to take interest on money deposited with them?
1- If the interest is received without prior conditions, there is no problem in receiving the interest from the Muslim bank. If the bank belongs to the government in the Muslim country half of the interest received must be given to the poor believers.
2- In the case of a country where there are both Muslims and non-Muslims who own shares in the bank and there is a share for the government, the previous ruling applies.

I am a transgender woman. I was assigned male at birth. I am working on getting my sex change operation, but the cost is preventing me from doing so. I am recognized both on State and National levels as female, but since my privates are not changed, is my marriage valid?
If you are biologically a woman then your marriage to a man is valid but not a woman.

How does a woman attain her right to divorce? Her husband has mistreated her, created divisions their respective families, and left and blocked her for no reason, knowing she’s physically and mentally unwell and needs support.
If the divorce has not been finalized, then you can fill out a divorce application and state your situation.

You can give her from the Sadat portion of Khums.

A lady went to a gynecologist and the doctor examined her vagina, inserting the hand and taking a sample of the tissue. Does the lady have to perform ghusl?
No Ghusl is required in the case mentioned.

After studying books, articles, and websites about Islam, I find the Shia stance most convincing.
I am currently reading an English translation of "At-Tawhid" by Muhammad Taqi Misbah Yazdi on Al-Islam.org, I have read portions of the Quran in English from “Meaning of The Quran” by Abdullah Yusuf Ali, but I think it doesn’t truly convey the beauty of the Quran in Arabic.
I have an app of Shia hadith where I am also nurtured. What would be a good Quran that one could start learning in English and Arabic at least that you would suggest?

If me and my wife are engaging in intercourse then we hear the adhan for prayer, do we have to stop intercourse or we can continue till we finish?
If this does not amount to neglecting prayers such as making it a habit to not pray in the beginning of time, then there is no problem.
