What is your question?

How come it is permissible to lift a bed with a sick person, push a baby carriage with a baby in it, but it is alcohol on the bed and the baby carriage, but it is not permissible to drive a car with a person and his alcohol in it or carry a bag with alcohol and food in purpose to helping person?

Answer

Lifting a bed in itself is permissible, pushing a baby carrier in itself is permissible. However, if it is part of the agreement to carry the alcoholic beverage, then it is not permissible. If the alcoholic beverage happens to be there and you cannot remove it, there is no problem in lifting the bed or pushing the baby carrier. As for driving a person who has alcohol with him, as long as the transporting of alcohol is not part of the agreement, there is no problem, but if you are able to request the person to get rid of the alcohol- as a way of forbidding the evil- then you should do so. The same ruling applies to help a person carry a bag.

What is your question?

Is permissible to puncture a tire of car, because the owner wants to use his car to drive to a place and kill a person, my purpose is to prevent him, such as nabi Khidr(as) did a hole in the fishermen’s boat in purpose to save the boat so the evil king couldn`t take the boat from them, notice nabi Khidr(as) never replaced the cost of the boat, what is the ruling in the car situation?

Answer

If preventing the killer from committing a crime can only be done by puncturing the tire, it is permissible since it serves as the only means of preventing a crime from taking place. As for the actions of Khidr they are not subject to normal sharia laws, rather they were special rulings that were permissible for Khidr for a special purpose that God knows.
