I know that cats are loved creatures in Islam and have been referred to as pure ones as well, I wanted to ask if there are some limitations to living with a pet cat with respect to religious purity. Can we give our pet cat pecks or will this make us impure? Can we cuddle with them? Should we wash our hands every time we hold them?
Cats are pure, and you can touch them without having to wash your hands, although you should for sanitary purposes. However, it is not permissible to pray on cat hair, and more than three pieces of hair must not be on your clothes or body during prayer.

People have been sacrificing goats and buffaloes under 2 years of age saying that they have confirmed with Ulema. Is that qurbani valid and acceptable?
It would suffice as a general Qurban, but not the specific al-Adha Qurban.

I am a woman, is the awrah of non-Mahram women and my awrah in front of them different than our awrahs in front of non-Mahram men? With regards to men whom I should cover in front of, does this include my father-in-law and my sisters in law husbands? I wear my hijab in front of these men as an obligatory precaution, but I'm not sure if this is accurate.
In Front of a non-Mahram a woman must cover all of her body except her face and hands from the wrist and below. As for a Mahram a woman is required to cover her private parts. However, she must cover her body even Infront of a Mahram if she is not immune from falling into sin, or if the Mahram can be aroused by looking at her body. Your father in-law is a Mahram, but your brother in law and your sister in law’s husband are not Mahram.

When I pray at the masjid, the assistant imam makes mistakes in his recitation so often that no one bothers to correct him anymore. how does this affect the prayer of the congregation?
You must not pray behind a person if he does not recite correctly, however you are not responsible for the rest of the congregants, for their prayer is considered valid if they do not realize the mistakes. Moreover, you should kindly advise the Imam of his reciting errors if possible and if it doesn't hurt.

My nail was bleeding a few days ago. I tried to remove the blood which caused it to bleed even more. So, I left it and did wudhu normally. Is my wudhu incorrect? And would my face and arms become najis too, even though it was bleeding inside my nail?
As well, if a part of the body is najis, and kurr/running water drips from the area after leaving the water, is the water najis? For example, if someone was bleeding and some water from the shower reached the area but not fully to purify the area, does the water that drips after the shower from that area najis?
Sometimes, while urinating, I don't know if urine has reached my thighs or the immediate area surrounding the urinary outlet. Is it sufficient just to wash the urinary outlet and immediate surrounding areas once (with qalil water) without washing the thighs?
1- If the blood mixes with the water that you used for washing your face and arms, then it is invalid, and your face and arms must be purified, otherwise if the blood remains inside and you perform wudhu without the blood coming out, your wudhu is valid. If there are more details to your questions please do not hesitate to ask so that we can address it accordingly.
2- If you move away from the shower and the part is still not pure, then the water that drips from it after the shower is complete is considered impure.
3- If you are not sure that the urine has reached your thighs you do not need to wash it, as for the urinary outlet it must be washed at least once, but if the urine has come into contact with more than the outlet, it must be washed twice.

Is it permissible for men to go to places where women are not wearing hijab properly? (e.g wedding parties?)
If you are immune from falling into sin albeit gazing at the opposite gender with lust or listening to unlawful music, then it is permissible. However, it is better to avoid such gatherings unless you are socially obliged to attend them, and you should not stay there for longer than needed.
